Complete the following Application Cover Sheets, attach them to the front of your proposal, and submit to Grant Application, Bullitt Foundation, 1212 Minor Avenue, Seattle, WA 98101-2825. To apply, an organization must be recognized by the government as having charitable tax status. The charitable organization should be identified as the Applicant Organization. If a significant part of a project will be conducted by a different organization or at a different office location, complete the Project Information section on page two of this cover sheet. 1. Describe what will tangibly change in the world as a result of your work. Emphasize outcomes or consequences rather than number of meetings, mailings, etc.
2. Briefly identify in bullet form the three to five major outcomes anticipated in the project year.
3. Please limit each outcome bullet to two to three sentences.
4. Please be specific about what, where, by how much, by how many.
5. Base the proposal, work plan, and budget on these outcomes.
6. Include both environmental outcomes and organizational outcomes.
